Back by popular demand, we are kicking off the new year with our version of diversity resolutions through our four-week micro-challenge. We had a huge response in 2023 and so we are back with new topics and new micro-actions you can incorporate into your daily work to help you kick off the year with positive momentum. DEI micro-actions are the simple actions we can take to create more inclusive and respectful interactions.
Starting on January 8th we will send out an email every Monday for four weeks. Attached to the email will be a PDF containing a short description of the topic for the week, along with four pairs of micro-actions to stop and four to start. You will pick one micro-action each week to focus on.
The topics we are covering this year are: Being an Upstander, Excellence, Innovation, and Supporting Diversity Months.
